Expert advice
A trouble free plant which requires little attention. The plants have a rather shallow root system, which explains the need of water and mulching in dry periods.[sr]Clumps need lifting about every third or fourth year to maintain their vigour, using only the outer parts of the clump for replanting. Division in spring or autumn.
