Soil/Position
Sunny, preferably an area which does not receive direct sunlight during mid-day and where tulips have not been grown in recent years. Any soil provided drainage is satisfactory.
Expert advice
Remove flowers when they begin to fade.Top dressing after planting of a slow acting fertilizer like bone-meal will assist the flowering.
